iPod Touch
I had been grumbling when the iPod Touch came out due to the low amount of storage capacity. Thankfully they upped it to 32GB which was more in keeping with what I was looking at seeming my G5 iPod Video has a 30GB storage capacity on it.
I hadn’t really been planning on upgrading for a while, but Jen surprised me by getting me one of the iPods for my birthday. I must say it is pretty slick, the way the interface works is pretty fluid and easy to use. I’m definitely enjoying the web access, being able to catch email and pull up Safari to check something is very handy.
I do find the keyboard is a little awkward to use at times, took some getting used to and didn’t take as long to start typing quickly as I expected but there are often times I type “M” instead of pressing return, it is also a shame that you can’t touch and drag to highlight text.
