Further Complications (1 Update)

Further Complications (1 Update)

You would think after the incident with my passport things would start looking up.

Simply put, no!

We got up to the airport later to see me off and found that the check in computers were down and that my plane to Atlanta was delayed. Thankfully that was the only hiccup on the journey home. I arrived back in England safe and sound and took the 2-3 hour drive home.

My mother took a nap after the long drive, I zoned out in front of the computer and my father was out fishing. He arrived a couple of hours later and eventually proceeded (after watching some television) to wake my mother up and ask her to call an Ambulance. So the Paramedic came out to see him, about 10 minutes later the ambulance arrived and they carted him off to the nearest hospital to check him out. He was complaining of having severe chest pains (he had a heart attack 3 years ago and has been suffering with Angina ever since) so they wanted to keep him in to make sure it wasn’t another heart attack.

Today we went back up to the hospital a couple of times to see how he was doing, they have had him doing tests all day and are treating it as a bad case of Angina. My father is off the oxygen, looking a lot better and is no longer wired up to any machinery.

So hopefully he should be back home tomorrow and can relax and get better.

Update:

Well today (24/08/07) dad was released and is back home, okay and currently resting.
